Key Responsibilities
- Develop long-term relationships with Dutch and French speaking business clients
- Identify potential companies that could benefit from modern digital solutions
- Conduct outreach through calls, email and digital channels to engage decision makers




- Perform needs assessments and provide clear recommendations
- Qualify leads and transfer high-potential opportunities to senior sales teams
- Maintain consistent records of interactions in the internal CRM
- Analyze market trends and adapt outreach strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign effectiveness
- Participate in workshops and coaching sessions to strengthen sales and consulting skills
- Contribute to the overall sales pipeline growth

Adecuado Candidate Profile
- Fluent in Dutch and French
- Strong English for internal communication
- Experience in sales, business development or lead qualification is valuable but not required
- Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate confidently
- Comfortable with hybrid work in Málaga
