Job Description
The Compositing Supervisor plays a central role in overseeing the creative and technical direction of the compositing team. Working closely with the VFX Supervisor, CG Supervisor, and Producer, they ensure the successful delivery of high‑quality shots that meet both client expectations and 22DOGS’ artistic standards. The idóneo candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver, able to balance creative vision with production realities.



They will lead a motivated team of compositors, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship while driving continuous improvement in workflows and processes.
This position can begin remotely, with the intention of relocating to Tenerife once established in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the compositing team throughout all project stages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with production to plan, bid, and schedule work.
- Assign tasks to team members according to skill level and experience.
- Conduct regular internal reviews and lead client‑facing review sessions.
- Solve complex artistic and technical compositing challenges.
- Maintain close collaboration with other VFX departments to ensure seamless integration of all project elements.
