What will be your challenges?

As part of the Technology Portfolio Strategy team, you will lead a group of high‑performing Associates and act as a key partner to connect business strategy with project execution, ensuring measurable impact in the field. You will drive strategic initiatives, orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration, and influence senior leadership with data‑driven recommendations.



This role is ideal for candidates with consulting backgrounds or strategic corporate roles who are ready to take ownership of a high‑visibility portfolio and lead a growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Associates, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback while fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee and challenge the field and technology analysis of an extensive portfolio (+5 million customers), ensuring the team delivers clear structures, relevant insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Drive and review complex business analyses, transforming large data sets into strategic insights that support senior decisionmaking.
- Sponsor the creation of business cases, guiding the team in defining robust baselines, future scenarios, and financial/operational implications for new initiatives.
