As we continue to grow across Southern Europe, we are looking for a highly organized and commercially minded Sales Operations & Business Development Specialist to strengthen our commercial engine and help accelerate our growth in Spain and Portugal.
The Role
This role combines commercial operations, sales support, and business development. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our sales process runs efficiently while proactively generating new business opportunities within the energy retail market.
You will work closely with Sales, Product, Operations,



and Finance teams to support the full customer lifecycle—from initial lead generation through contract signature and customer onboarding.

What you’ll Do
Commercial Operations (60%)
- Maintain and continuously improve the CRM system.
- Ensure opportunities, customer interactions, and activities are accurately recorded.
- Monitor pipeline progression and proactively follow up on open opportunities.
- Ensure no commercial opportunity falls through the cracks.

Tenders & RFP Management
- Coordinate responses to public and private tenders and RFPs.
- Gather required documentation and supporting materials.
- Manage submission deadlines and stakeholder contributions.
- Ensure professional and high-quality submissions.

Commercial Administration
