The idóneo candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, a solid technical understanding of polymer processing applications (such as injection moulding, extrusion or compounding), and a clear focus on delivering long-term customer value and success. Key Responsibilities:* Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers in the polymers processing industry.* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting new clients and expanding product penetration.* Sales Strategy:



Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.* Product Promotion: Promote engineering plastics, providing technical and commercial support.* Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (technical service, supply chain, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.* Reporting: Provide regular updates on visits to customers, sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline development.
