Job Description
As an IT Manufacturing Leader (MES Administrator), you will drive the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems that support plant operations and business objectives. You will act as a key link between Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Automation, and IT teams to ensure reliable, secure, and innovative digital solutions across the production environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing IT projects from requirements definition through deployment, ensuring alignment with business, operational, and corporate objectives.
- Manage the integration of manufacturing systems with enterprise applications, customer platforms, automation equipment, and shop floor technologies.
- Lead, coach, and develop the manufacturing IT team by promoting technical growth, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational autonomy.
- Act as the primary interface between Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, IT, and external partners for MES, traceability, and operational reporting solutions.
- Support digitalization, automation, advanced manufacturing,
and innovation initiatives that improve operational performance and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT security standards, policies, and governance requirements across manufacturing applications, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Deliver robust traceability solutions and support successful industrialization and new product launches through effective project coordination.
- Develop and maintain production KPI dashboards, including OEE, efficiency, and quality metrics, while supporting CAPEX and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing IT, MES administration, or industrial systems management.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience integrating manufacturing systems with ERP, automation, traceability, and shop floor technologies.
