As a Customer Expert, you will handle inbound calls from retail customers in the Spanish market, assisting with:
- Product inquiries
- Sales support
- Aftersales service
- Delivery-related questions
- Basic technical troubleshooting

The role combines customer service, sales support, and technical assistance. You will work with multiple browser-based tools and a virtual desktop system. Full product training is provided,



and complex cases will be escalated when necessary.

What Your Daily Life Will Look Like
- Handling inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers
- Supporting with product usage and troubleshooting
- Assisting with orders, warranties, repairs, and replacements
- Providing a premium customer experience
- Working with modern tools and systems

Requirements
- Spanish (C1+ level)
- Good English skills
- Previous experience in customer service (required)
- Comfortable using multiple applications and browser tabs
- Affinity for technology and technical products
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
