We are seeking a Bunker Trader to join our team in Spain.
As our new Bunker Trader, you will be a part of a skilled trading team who will support your theoretical learning and provide comprehensive industry training. You will be introduced to trading tools, platforms, and networks, gaining an understanding of the market and developing your own relationships and sourcing channels.
More specifically the responsibilities include:
- Understanding customer needs, negotiating prices, and closing deals
- Participating in client and supplier visits and identifying new business opportunities
- Supporting current operations and contributing to market share growth
- Identifying business opportunities and supporting business development activities




- Engaging in day-to-day trading of bunker fuel and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders

A collaborative sales professional with a positive, results-driven mindset
You are a salesperson with a commitment to obtaining results in an agile environment. Having experience within the oil industry is not a must; what matters is your sales experience, interest in learning, and motivation to develop within the industry.
The ability to establish great relationships within the industry and meet both customers as well as supplier requirements is of great importance. You perform well in a cooperative, team-driven environment and are adept at handling responsibilities as needed.
Additionally, you:
- Are fluent in both written and spoken English, and proficient in at least one additional language.
- Are a social individual with motivation within sales
- Display a commitment to reaching goals and contributing positively to the team
