THE TEAM is looking for a sharp, organized and culturally aware Social Media Coordinator to support content execution and day-to-day social operations across THE TEAM's EMEA/APAC-based corporate social channels and broader social ecosystem.
Reporting into the EMEA/APAC Social Lead, this role will work closely with Social Media Managers, creative teams and communications stakeholders to help execute thoughtful, platform-native content across THE TEAM-owned channels. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their social media career who is passionate about storytelling,



internet culture and evolving platform behavior, and eager to grow within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The idóneo candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong writing instincts and a deep interest in social media, culture and audience engagement. A key focus of this role will be supporting publishing workflows, content coordination, community management, social listening and real-time execution while helping maintain consistency and quality across THE TEAM's EMEA/APAC social presence.
This role can either be based in our London or Madrid offices.
