Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- First Point of Contact: Assist Norwegian-speaking customers via phone and email, handling inquiries and resolving issues with ease.
- Resolve Issues Efficiently: Address customer concerns quickly, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.
- Problem-Solving:



Use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Fluency in Norwegian (both oral and written) and a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer support or service is a bonus.
- Banking/Finance Knowledge: Experience from the banking or credit sector in the Nordics is highly valued.
- Calm Under Pressure: You’re resourceful, resilient, and able to maintain composure in challenging situations.
