Join our expert team to work on a Healthcare sector initiative, contributing to the creation of a transversal Data Engineering organization supporting multiple internal products and stakeholders. You will apply your knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, stakeholder management and continuous improvement to help teams deliver high-value data solutions while promoting Agile maturity and collaboration.

You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master within IT development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).




• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar Agile delivery tools.
• Fluent English and ability to collaborate with geographically distributed teams.

You will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies and fostering self-organization within a newly created Data Engineering team. Promoting Agile best practices, coordinating across multiple projects and acting as a change agent to support the organization's Agile transformation journey.
