An experienced and commercially minded Senior CRM Manager – Sports who is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences through data-driven CRM strategies. You have a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and long-term value.
Working closely with the Head of CRM and cross-functional teams, you'll use customer insights and performance data to continuously improve CRM initiatives across our Sports and Casino products.
Contribute to the CRM strategy and execution for assigned Sports markets, with a primary focus on Canada and other Tier 2 markets.
Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Telegram, Inbox, On-site, and other CRM channels.
Develop market-specific CRM calendars aligned with business objectives, customer lifecycle stages, and promotional priorities.
Analyze campaign performance, customer behaviour, and commercial KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to improve results.
