Job Reference:NLD- Salary:29,203 increasing to 30,444 post passed probationEmployment Type:PermanentWe're looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused Third Party Management Assistant to join our Neighbourhoods team at PA Housing.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality services across our homeownership schemes by providing administrative and operational support to the Third Party Management team. You'll play an important role in coordinating contracts, supporting performance monitoring, managing key projects and making sure residents receive the excellent service they expect.
Working closely with third party management team, managing agents, contractors, residents and colleagues across the organisation, you'll help ensure third-party services are delivered efficiently, contractual obligations are met and accurate records are maintained. You'll also support the coordination of various projects, contract administration, financial processes and resident communications,



contributing to the smooth running of the service.
This role is about more than administration, it's about making a real difference. You'll help strengthen partnerships, improve service delivery and support positive outcomes for our residents and communities.
