Sounds great, what will I be doing?
In this role, you will take ownership of a caseload of individuals at risk of homelessness, delivering proactive and outcome-focused interventions that prevent homelessness and support sustainable housing solutions. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for achieving service targets, monitoring performance against key outcomes, and ensuring statutory duties are met within required timescales.
Using your specialist knowledge of housing and homelessness legislation, including the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017, you will carry out detailed housing assessments,



identify barriers to housing stability, and develop practical, co-produced Personal Housing Plans that drive measurable results. You will actively negotiate with landlords, housing providers, local authorities and partner agencies to secure accommodation and prevent tenancy breakdown wherever possible.
The role requires strong case management and excellent organisational skills, as you will manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and ensure all actions are progressed promptly. You will be expected to monitor outcomes, track performance, and contribute towards contractual and service KPI delivery, ensuring that intervention targets are consistently achieved.
You will build and maintain effective partnerships across the housing sector, welfare services and community organisations, identifying opportunities that improve housing outcomes for clients. Success in this role will require persistence, resilience
