The Building Regulations Act 2022 is a crucial piece of legislation in the UK aimed at enhancing building safety standards and establishing a more robust regulatory framework for the construction and management of buildings. At Pick Everard, we take pride in leading this forward and fully understand its significant impact and importance.
The Senior Consultant leads complex BSA projects, owning scope, programme, quality, and commercial outcomes. They provide expert, compliant guidance to clients and design teams, manage design compliance, and proactively resolve issues while ensuring accurate financial and programme reporting. Beyond project delivery, they mentor and support team members, driving high standards in communication, technical quality, and client service across the team.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Lead medium to complex BSA and Principal Designer projects, taking ownership of project scope, programme, quality, and commercial performance, while escalating high-risk or strategically sensitive matters to a Principal or Assoc
