We are looking to appoint aforward-thinking and solution focusedPrincipal Building Services Engineer (Electrical). This role is to join our dynamic team based in our vibrant, centrally located Nottingham office. The location of the role is versátil but mentoring of early career professionals within the team will be a key responsibility of the Engineer.




You will bedelivering exceptional technical and commercial solutions to a range of clients across theprivate and public sector; includingeducation, custodial, defence, healthcare, leisure, data and commercial.

Your core responsibilities will include:
- Delivering portfolios of work across both the private and public sector.
- Preparing designs,feasibility studies, reports, and contract documents.
- Carrying out building analysis.
- Managing various contracts.
- Liaising directly with Clients and Contractors.
- Ensuringprojects are delivered accurately and on time.
- Providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and graduate trainees.
- Compliance withHealth & Safety requirements, practices and procedures.
