We are seeking for a Backend Engineer with Full-Stack capacity for our The Agentic Platform Team. Any engineering background works: backend, frontend, mobile. No prior AI product experience required; we expect you to use AI coding tools daily and push what they can do.
Track how AI is being used across N26, what it costs, and where it drives real impact. Use that data to sharpen what the team builds next.
Strong Coding Fundamentals: You write clean, maintainable code; Our stack leans on Go and TypeScript, but what matters is that you care about what you ship and can pick up new languages fast.
When you see a repeated manual step, you build the tool that removes it for everyone.
Developer Tooling Experience: You have built or operated internal developer platforms: plugin registries, CI/CD integrations, package distribution, or configuration management.
AI Coding Habit: You use AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar). GitOps/DevOps Experience: GitOps and DevOps are your natural environment. Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions or AWS is a strong plus.
