Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our finance team. This role involves processing payments, handling accounting tasks,



and ensuring compliance with internal and external financial procedures. The adecuado candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in finance or accounting, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Accounts Payable activities, including supplier invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment management.
- Support Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, recording and monitoring receipts.
- Record and reconcile bank transactions.
- Monitor outstanding balances and support debt collection activities.
- Reconcile customer and supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Respond to financial queries from families, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Assist with month-end accounting close processes and the preparation of basic financial reports.
