As we expand into Mobility — fleet management, leasing, rental, and connected insurance/risk — across international, non Spanish-speaking markets, we need someone who already speaks the language of this industry and can turn that fluency into new business.
We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of hunting new business and understanding a complex, relationship-driven vertical. Someone who enjoys building pipeline from scratch, navigating long enterprise sales cycles, and closing deals with the fleet operators, leasing companies, and mobility players that will define our growth internationally.
In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle end to end (prospecting, positioning, negotiating, closing) while acting as Bdeo's face and voice in the Mobility ecosystem across new markets.

As Head of Mobility Sales General, you'll sit in the sweet spot between hunting and expertise.



With solid experience carrying your own number, you'll bring enough autonomy to build pipelines and close deals from day one, in a vertical where deep industry knowledge makes all the difference.
Own and execute the international sales strategy for the Mobility vertical, aligned with Bdeo's overall growth objectives.
Identify, prioritize and close new business opportunities with fleet management, leasing, rental, and mobility-adjacent insurance players.
Manage the full sales cycle for strategic accounts: prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, and contract closing.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure Bdeo's value proposition is tailored to Mobility use cases.
Report on pipeline, forecasting and key sales metrics to the CEO.
Proven experience as an individual-contributor sales professional (Account Executive, Sales Manager, Business Development, or similar
