* Lead full-cycle Workday implementations aligned with Workday methodology.
* Define scope, governance structure, milestones, and deliverables.
* Ensure coordination between functional, integrations, reporting,



and technical streams.## Financial Ownership & Hours Control
* Own project financials (budget, burn rate, forecast, margin).
* Ensure delivery within estimated hours and proactively manage change requests.
* Monitor time reporting accuracy and effort consumption by module/workstream.## ## Risk & Issue Management
* Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
* Ensure structured escalation paths and proactive resolution.
* Maintain transparency with both client and internal leadership.## Stakeholder & Executive Communication
* Lead steering committees and executive governance forums.
* Provide concise, structured, and data-driven reporting.
* Ensure alignment across workstreams to prevent siloed delivery.## Team Leadership & Accountability
