Drive the development and execution of Culture & Engagement strategies and initiatives that strengthen the employee experience and reinforce the organization's values and business priorities seeking alignment with internal communications. This is a general role in the People, Culture & Organization (PC&O;) team, supporting employees and stakeholders across all countries where the organization operates, ensuring consistency while recognizing local business and cultural needs.

Primary activities
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to design and implement strategic Culture & Engagement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional People projects, ensuring effective planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and governance.
- Embed Culture & Engagement frameworks into organizational change and business transformation initiatives to support employee adoption.
- Design and implement Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I;)
