Drive Discovery and Business Value

- Partner with scientists, lab managers, and business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and uncover high‑value digital solutions.
- Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to map current processes, define future‑state capabilities, and prioritize business needs.
- Translate complex laboratory workflows into clear requirements, user stories, process maps, and MVP‑focused solution concepts.
