PURPOSE
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Platform Operations team in Barcelona.



This role is focused on operating and optimizing critical production infrastructure within a measurable, performance‑driven operations environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, urgency in incident response, and a continuous improvement mindset, with exposure to automation and emerging AI‑driven operational capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operate and manage integral production infrastructure ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of customer‑facing services.
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Work within a measurable operations framework, proactively improving SLA adherence, MTTR, and operational KPIs.
- Troubleshoot complex cross‑platform infrastructure issues across compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud environments.
