Environment: S/4 HANA 2023 + full Ariba Suite

Mission
Lead digital transformation across global procurement and quality processes within the SAP Competence Center. Drive strategic leadership, process standardization, governance, and hands‑on expertise to industrialize rollouts and shape the next generation of SAP capabilities for the Group.

Scope of the role
Process coverage

- MM: All traditional MM processes deployed in EMEA; additional regions operate separate systems.
- Ariba: General deployment with the following modules active:

- Ariba Sourcing
- Ariba Contracts (CLM)
- Buying & Invoicing / Guided Buying
- Catalogs
- Workflows & Approvals
- Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC)




- QM: Existing footprint with need for enhancement and multi‑year strategic roadmap.

Projects & roadmap

- International rollouts planned for 2025–2026.
- Ownership of global process standards and automation (full autonomy under business case approval).
- Responsibility for project budget (Capex + Opex).

Technology

- Full Ariba Suite (multiple modules in scope)

You will lead a mixed (internal + external) team. We are looking for a hybrid leader who can coach, be hands‑on when required, and lead global projects with structure and clarity—adapting style to each project or situation.

- Define, implement and continuously enhance global Procurement and Quality processes.
