What's the Job?
Every memorable event starts with exceptional planning. As an Events Coordinator, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our clients, bringing their vision to life and ensuring every detail is seamlessly delivered.

From the first enquiry to the final farewell,



you'll coordinate guest rooms, meeting spaces, food and beverage, and personalised services, creating exceptional experiences while maximising guest satisfaction and commercial performance.

Your Day-to-Day
- Be the trusted point of contact for clients, guiding them through every stage of their group or event journey.
- Bring each event to life by coordinating room blocks, meeting spaces, menus, décor, event schedules, guest flow, VIP services, and personalised requests.
- Ensure all group and event details are accurate, up to date, and seamlessly communicated across the hotel’s operational systems.
- Create and manage BEOs, GRCs, group summaries, pro forma invoices, and other key documentation to support flawless event delivery.
- Lead operational meetings and work closely with internal teams to ensure every detail is aligned and every event runs smoothly.
