Your role
As Reservations Supervisor, you will lead the Reservations team,



ensuring a seamless booking experience from the first guest interaction through to arrival. You will oversee daily reservation operations, optimize occupancy and revenue opportunities, and ensure every reservation reflects the personalized service that defines Nômade.

You will work closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and F&B; teams to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What you will do:

- Supervise the daily operations of the Reservations department
- Lead, coach, and develop the Reservations team
- Ensure accurate and efficient management of all reservations across hotel outlets
- Monitor room availability, booking trends, and reservation performance
- Maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities through effective inventory management
- Handle VIP bookings, special requests, and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Revenue, Sales, and F&B; teams
- Ensure reservation systems and guest profi
