What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Jr. Area Manager to actively participate in the direct sales process in a B2B pharmaceutical environment, contributing to the achievement of commercial targets and supporting business growth across multiple countries.
The challenge

- Participate actively in the direct sales process, contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
- Drive business growth by managing and expanding existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities across different countries.
- Prepare commercial offers aligned with company strategy.
- Follow up with clients throughout the full commercial cycle, from offer preparation to execution and post sale support.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Customer Service, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Project Management to ensure high quality service.
- Support and participate in client visits, business reviews, and negotiations.
- Contribute actively to internal processes and crossfunctional initiatives.
- Manage routine account activities with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with key clients.
- Analyze market data, including pricing, volumes, competitors, and trends, to identify opportunities and support decision making.
- Ensure continuous follow up of ongoing projects to maximize business opportunities across different accounts and geographies.
What do you need?

- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Life Sciences (such as Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy) or related fields.
- A Master’s degree will be considered a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, B2B sales, or business related roles.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategy.
- Fluent Spanish
