About The Role
The Industrial/Labor Relations Senior Advisor will be a focal point for the integrated management of the People Relations activities across South Europe region as Subject Matter Expert (SME) working in a general team. As Industrial/Labor Relations Senior Advisor you will support the Regional People Relations Manager in executing the people relations strategy across the region, with a big focus on our Castellón Refinery. You play a key role in preparing, coordinating and implementing enabling the organization to operate effectively, compliantly and with a future-focused approach. In this role, you will combine deep expertise with strong process and partner management capabilities. You act as a first point of contact for complex people relations matters and contribute to strengthening capability across HR and the business.
