LocationWe are looking for a Senior Engineering/ Group Manager, based in Barcelona, Spain (hybrid mode of working).
Role SummaryAs a Senior Engineering/ Group Manager, you are overall responsible for the outcomes delivered by the Runtime Platform domain - the technical foundation of our future Linux-based platform, covering infrastructure, platform services, and application platform services.
You will lead high-performing teams, ensuring both the quality and speed of delivery by driving effective prioritization, refinement, and execution. As a people leader, you will develop, motivate, and empower individuals and teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement,



and strong performance.
In this role, you will oversee engineering operations end-to-end, remove blockers to enable team success, and ensure transparency across stakeholders through clear communication and collaboration.
