Description
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, reliability Business Partner Transparency products within the Osapiens HUB platform. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing both manual and automated testing strategies, working closely with development teams to foster a strong quality-driven culture from the ground up.
You will perform end-to-end testing across backend integrations, frontend, and mobile. This is an opportunity to work with different frameworks. You will face the challenge of handling multiple tasks and balancing different domains within a team that is committed to supporting your growth. You will also be involved in application testing and in developing automated tests,
contributing to the creation of effective strategies to implement automation across various areas of the product.
This role is based in Madrid, where you'll collaborate with a talented, forward-thinking team. We embrace a hybrid work model, offering the perfect balance between in-person collaboration and remote flexibility.
Your Responsibilities

- Take full ownership of product quality and reliability, ensuring seamless performance across all features.
- Develop and maintain automated UI tests using TypeScript and Playwright to enhance frontend reliability.
- Design and execute API tests using Jest, ensuring robust backend validation.
- Work closely with development teams to identify, prevent, and resolve quality issues early in the development cycle.
- Lead test planning and risk assessments, ensuring that releases are stable, secure, and ready for production.
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies, helping to evolve our testing
