Emergo by UL is a global leader in regulatory consulting and authorized representation services for medical device manufacturers. We have offices in the US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Our integral team helps companies with global regulatory strategy, device registration, quality management system compliance, and in‑country representation.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer‑centric Inside Sales Executive in Europe to join our team. This role is customer‑facing and responsible for leading sales of regulatory advisory services in the assigned territory. It requires basic knowledge of medical regulations, collaboration with internal experts, and a sense of urgency to respond to customer inquiries and promote Emergo’s services.

This role can be based in the UK, Netherlands, Spain, or Germany, with either a remote or hybrid work arrangement.

- Maintain an ongoing plan to prioritize a portfolio of accounts and sustain relationships throughout the year.
- Build trust quickly and engage with customers to identify problem areas, such as opportunities surrounding renewable energy.
- Collaborate with customer personnel to craft customized service solutions and deliver value.
- Communicate with customers primarily remotely via video, phone, and email to promote and sell specialty advisory services; travel as needed (up to 20%) for proactive outreach to high‑potential customers.
- Use technical credibility to build relationships with buyers and centers of influence and support account owner relationships.
