Join Airbus Defence and Space Getafe as Digital Customer Manager to shape and deliver digital tools for aeronautical operations. You will collaborate across countries to understand customer needs for A400M, MRTT and Eurodrone maintenance data flows, ensuring data fidelity and secure sharing. Lead IS/IT integration projects, drive new services, and manage schedules, costs, risks, and stakeholder engagement. • Understand and manage digital data flows for aircraft configuration and maintenance across systems to ensure data fidelity and secure sharing
• Lead and coordinate projects involving IS/IT systems, focusing on A400M/MRTT/Eurodrone/Eurofighter maintenance information
• Contribute to integration of IS/IT systems with Smart Force portfolio
• Develop inputs for new digital services driven by customer needs
• Ensure compliance with Support Continued Airworthiness (Part 145 and Part M) and information security requirements
• Plan and monitor project schedules, costs, risks, and stakeholder engagement (customers, Program Office, Systems Engineering, Support Offices)
• Analyze customer operations and pain points related to aircraft operation and information flows, regulatory compliance, and commercial agreements
• Support transition and evolution of the customer’s operational environment to maximize Airbus involvement and product relevance
Responsabilidades
• Aeronautical operations or maintenance background
• 4+ years in aeronautical operations or maintenance with a xqbhyrx focus on digital applications and data flows
