The Job:
As the

Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist

, you’ll be part of our

Service

team. You’ll get to:




Manage order entry activities related to parts orders and pricing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Review, validate, and process warranty claims submitted by service partners in accordance with company guidelines.
Support customer requests for technical assistance through the CRM platform, including both email and phone-based interactions.
Oversee the order processing workflow to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer and service partner requirements.
Generate operational and service reports to provide insights into service performance and process efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams and external service partners to resolve order, warranty, and technical support issues effectively.
Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems and CRM tools.
Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting new methods, processes, and ways of working.
