What You´ll Do

- Administration, monitoring, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, Entra ID, Intune)
- Support and maintain Windows Server environments — Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file services, system patching, and backups
- Manage endpoint devices via Intune and Autopilot, including policy configuration, compliance baselines, and device lifecycle management
- Administer and customise Atlassian Jira and Confluence, ensuring alignment with team workflows and integrations
- Apply security best practices across systems, ensuring compliance, monitoring, and incident‑response readiness
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across systems, cloud platforms, and applications
- Provide consultation to IT support specialists on software and hardware configurat
