This Position

- We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our Europe Business Operations team, within one of the world’s leading AI security organisations.
- The role will have an initial focus on Iberia, with potential for the remit to be expanded to other regions.
- Acting as a trusted business partner to our sales and management teams,



this individual will build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across the TrendAI business, translating commercial objectives into operational priorities.
- The role will design and own scalable processes to accelerate Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth, maximise Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and reduce churn across the TrendAI customer base. Using data‑driven insights, including customer health scoring, renewal risk analysis, and pipeline quality metrics, the individual will enable sales leaders and sellers to make well‑informed, evidence‑based decisions and proactively address ARR and revenue risk.
- The position will report to the Director Business Operations – Europe.
