Qualifications:

Required:
- Current graduate student at UW–Madison (Master’s or PhD program)
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a research team
- Demonstrated experience with education, linguistics, bilingualism, or related fields

Preferred Qualifications:




- Experience with qualitative or quantitative research methods
- Familiarity with tools such as NVivo, Dedoose, SPSS, R, or similar
- Background in K–12 education, multilingual learner research, or bilingual program models
- Strong academic writing skills in both English and Spanish

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge: Education, linguistics, bilingualism, or related fields; qualitative and/or quantitative research methods; K–12 education; multilingual learner research; or bilingual program models; research software and tools such as NVivo, Dedoose, SPSS, R, or similar.

Skills: Bilingual English and Spanish, organizational skills, attention to detail, academic writing in English and Spanish, research (qualitative and/or quantitative data collection, analysis, interpretation)
