In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our vehicles remain in top condition, supporting the seamless operation of our network.Key Responsibilities:* Support the coordination of vehicle repairs within the operations network, ensuring all repairs are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.* Track the progress of ongoing repairs and maintain accurate, up-to-date administrative records for each vehicle.* Ensure compliance with defined service levels and escalate repair issues or delays to senior team members as necessary.* Communicate effectively with mechanics, service providers, and internal teams to ensure clear understanding of repair needs and status updates.* Assist with monitoring and reporting on fleet maintenance activities to help identify recurring issues or process improvements.* Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant fleet by following company policies
