Trip.com Group is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Legal Counsel to join our EMEA Legal team,



based in either Barcelona or Berlin and reporting to the Legal Director, EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our fast‑paced, global travel business.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing commercially focused legal advice to senior stakeholders on key projects and new initiatives, with a focus on practical solutions and clear next steps.
- Navigating complex multi‑jurisdictional legal issues across EMEA, coordinating with other Trip.com Group legal teams to deliver comprehensive, coherent advice.
- Leading on compliance matters across a broad range of areas – including data protection, consumer protection, emerging digital and technology regulation, marketing and promotions, and travel‑specific regulation – translating legal requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
