What you’ll do
- Manage the onboarding of new partners, guiding them through the first steps
- Provide support to partners, delivering accurate, valid and complete information, and solving questions and problems
- Guide partners through our internal platform
- Assist partners in the billing process
- Maintain close communications with the Sales Team
- Translate new deals from the Sales Team into standardized information for operational purposes
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies to deliver the best possible service to partners

Who you are
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in User Support, Customer Service, or high‑level client services
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced working environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Able to handle delicate conversations with a calm, problem‑solving approach
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency
- Go‑ahead type of person,



organized and motivated
- Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
- Days off schedule: fixed weekdays only; public holidays scheduled in advance if needed

Our main office is located in Madrid, but we welcome candidates from anywhere in Spain.
