WHAT YOU'LL OWN Operational Structure




Build the company's operational structure.
Define roles, workflows and priorities that enable sustainable growth.
Processes & SOPs Implement operating procedures, monitoring systems and professional tools that improve efficiency across the business.
Production & Sourcing Work directly with manufacturing partners in China.
Coordinate product development, sampling and production timelines.
Logistics & Warehousing Manage daily operations with warehouses in China and international logistics partners.
Oversee inventory, shipments, incidents and replenishment.
Drops, Launches & Events Coordinate product launches, campaigns, PR activities and brand activations.
Organisation & Scalability Identify operational bottlenecks.
Design solutions that allow the business to grow efficiently without compromising quality.
Talent & Team Help identify exceptional people.
