Bluepearl is developing one of Ibiza's most ambitious residential projects — and we're looking for one hands-on professional to run procurement and site supervision together, as a single role.
You'll make sure the right materials arrive at the right site, at the right time, at the right price — and that what gets built on the ground matches what was decided, on time and to spec.
What you'll do
Procurement
● Work from Bluepearl's existing full suppliers list to source materials, equipment and services across our project portfolio
● Keep the supplier list up to date, with accurate pricing and lead times
● Convert quantity/order lists into purchase orders (materials, quantities, suppliers, required dates)
● Negotiate pricing and terms with our existing suppliers, and vet new ones when needed
● Prioritize local, Balearic-island sourcing where it fits budget and quality goals
Site Supervision




● Oversee daily activity on-site across one or more active projects
● Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on the ground
● Check works against plans, technical specs and quality standards
● Track site progress against schedule and flag delays early
● Enforce health & safety compliance on-site
● Report site status, procurement needs, issues and risks back to the management team
Who we're looking for
● Proven experience in construction site supervision and/or procurement — residential or renovation projects;
premium/luxury a strongplus
● Solid grasp of construction sequencing, materials and technical drawings
● Comfortable reading plans in a BIM/Archicad environment
● Strong organizational and negotiation skills;
comfortable with spreadsheets and structured data
● Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
● Clear communicator across trades, suppliers, contractors and management
● Fluent Spanish;
