We areseekinga proactive, customer-focused Customer MarketingSeniorSpecialist to help expand and scale PTC’s global Customer Reference Program while supporting strategic customer community and advocacy initiatives. Based in Barcelona, this role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and customers around the world toidentify, recruit, and nurture customer advocates who can share their transformation stories and business outcomes.
The successful candidate will play a critical role inmaintainingthe ongoing rhythm of reference recruitment, customer storytelling, and advocacy engagement. This includesidentifyingcustomers from events, executive programs, advisory boards, industry exchanges, and user community activities, helping guide them through the reference process, and supporting the creation of customer-led content that enables marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Because many reference interviews and customer conversations occur with North American customers, this role requires flexibility toparticipatein occasional evening calls to support customer interviews, reference development activities, and advocacy programs.
