As a Vice President / Associate within the Structured Finance Middle Office team, you will be responsible for the operational management and execution of transactions originated by SG business lines across Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing the closing process for Structured Finance transactions originated by SG business lines in Madrid, Lisbon, Frankfurt, Milan and London
- Coordinating the deal flow across the Middle Office team, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, prioritization of transactions and timely execution of all closing milestones
- Acting as a key point of contact between Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office and support functions throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Performing and supervising the setup, modelling and parame
