The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Consolidation & Internal Controls Specialist to join our finance team in a dynamic and fast‑paced manufacturing company. This role is responsible for overseeing accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the company’s general ledger accounting and financial consolidation processes across all business units and legal entities. The adecuado candidate will play a critical role in financial reporting, compliance,



and supporting strategic decision‑making through accurate consolidated financial statements.

What You’ll Do

General Ledger
- Daily, monthly, and year‑end closing activities for the general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions in compliance with internal policies and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/Spanish GAAP).
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure account accuracy.
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., procurement, manufacturing, sales, logistics) to ensure completeness and correctness of journal entries.

Financial Consolidation
- Prepare the monthly and annual consolidation of multiple subsidiaries.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Prepare consolidated annual report in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
