Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary

This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing existing customer accounts, developing new business, and owning the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through order entry. The Inside Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, delivering responsive, solutions-oriented service that reflects Cicoil's commitment to quality and fast turnaround.

This role manages the quotation process from initial customer request through confirmed order entry in Epicor, our ERP system, coordinating with internal teams including Engineering, Production Control, and Customer Service to ensure accurate and competitive quotes are delivered on time.

The adecuado candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. This person genuinely enjoys building customer relationships, thrives in a high-volume environment,



and takes pride in moving opportunities from inquiry to fulfillment efficiently and accurately.

Success in this role looks like consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, maintaining high customer retention, managing a well-developed sales pipeline, and ensuring accurate, error-free order entry.

Minimum Qualifications

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience
- 2–4 years of inside sales or customer-facing sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with an ERP system required; familiarity with Epicor is a plus.
- Experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred.
- Experience supporting customers within the aerospace, defense, military, or governme
