As part of the Project Execution management team, you will lead the financial and commercial management of local and international Mobility Contracts. Your goal is to optimize project profitability, ensure budget adherence,



and lead a team of Commercial Project Managers (CPMs) to success.

You’ll make a difference by:
- Ensuring the accuracy of project financials, compliance with Siemens guidelines, and robust management reporting.
- Partnering with Project Execution management to optimize gross profit, cash flow, and asset utilization.
- Proactively managing commercial risks, opportunities, and claims, taking full responsibility for financial outcomes.
- Leading, developing, and empowering a team of commercial project and finance professionals.
- Acting as a strategic business partner, representing projects in key decision boards and negotiating with customers.
- Driving continuous improvement and productivity measures across project execution processes.

Your success is grounded in:
- Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Commercial Project Manager (CPM/WPC) with a Siemens B Certification.
- Proven expertise in international commercial project manag
