and optimizing the generation of Acciona Energía's production units.1. Perform remote control operations and supervision of generation facilities, ensuring continuous monitoring, analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents.2. Coordinate generator shutdowns for maintenance, according to client specifications and safety standards.3. Apply limitation instructions according to System Operator requirements, managing generation flow according to demand.4. Analyze and resolve incidents in electrical substations, ensuring their continuity and correct operation.5. Execute necessary electrical discharges for the safe and efficient operation of facilities.6. Manage incident communication and coordinate with field personnel and standby teams for quick and effective resolution.Required Skills and CompetenciesEDUCATION- Technical Engineering: Industrial or similarEXPERIENCE- Experience in the operation of wind farms
