About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for growing our affiliate partnership network by identifying and engaging new business opportunities, specifically within the Scandinavian market. Understanding prospective partners’ business, needs and requirements will enable you to promote the Currencies Direct value proposition and deliver tailored solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Identify, engage & cultivate prospective partner relationships within key sectors and industries
- Engage with key decision makers in building strategic partnerships
- Proactively manage the end-to-end sales cycle and progress a pipeline of new opportunities
- Support partners with products and services and liaise with internal teams to ensure delivery in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to further enhance partnership opportunities and business retention
- Maintain a consistent level of daily activity and integrity of CRM to ensure key business metrics are being met

What You’ll Need
- Successful track record identifying, engaging,



and developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships
- The ability to identify pain points and position Currencies Direct as a money transfer solution for a wide variety of businesses and use cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
- Ability to problem-solve, confident in handling objections and providing solution-based outcomes
- Self‑motivated, resilient and with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills
- Fluent in both Scandinavian language(s), English & Spanish
