Key Responsibilities

1. GTM Architecture & Tooling Automation (The Tech Pillar)
- Stack Orchestration: Oversee the selection, integration, and daily optimization of our core growth tools to drive maximum team efficiency.
- Advanced Workflows: Personally design, build, and maintain robust, automated workflows to ensure timely, efficient, and personalized customer communications.
- AI-Driven Growth: Implement and test cutting‑edge AI tools to hyper‑personalize campaigns, refine customer segmentation, and scale marketing efficiency.

2. BDR Collaboration & Sales Ops Alignment (The Process Pillar)
- Pipeline & Sequence Optimization: Partner closely with the BDR (Business Development Representative) team to design, build, and monitor outbound sequences, ensuring data flows smoothly from campaign to prospect interaction.
- Funnel Cleanliness & Routing: Own lead‑scoring logic and automated routing rules to ensure the BDR team receives highly qualified, enriched leads with zero friction.
- Sales KPI Tracking: Monitor and optimize core sales metrics,



including outbound sequence conversion rates, meeting‑booked velocities, and overall pipeline health.

3. Advanced Analytics & Reporting (The Data Pillar)
- Zero‑Manual Reporting: Build and maintain automated analytics dashboards that track marketing and sales operations metrics with minimal manual input.
- Data‑Driven Insights: Continuously analyze performance data across the funnel to identify friction points and accelerate decision‑making speed.

4. Growth Strategy & Inbound Execution (The Business Pillar)
- Inbound Engine: Refine and optimize inbound marketing strategies (SEO, Content, Nurturing) alongside the marketing team to attract high‑quality leads and drive conversions.
- Event Lead Gen: Technically support and optimize lead generation efforts for industry events.
