We're looking for a Head of Product who can operate at every level of the organization without losing sight of either strategy or execution. We are looking for a product leader who is still highly hands‐on, someone who enjoys writing PRDs, reviewing designs, working daily with engineering, and using AI to reinvent how product teams operate. Balance long‐term vision with short‐term execution and commercial priorities.
Work closely with Design to challenge UX decisions, simplify experiences, and eliminate unnecessary complexity.
Previous experience as a Head of Product, Lead Product Manager, Principal Product Manager, or Senior Product Manager with company‐wide ownership.
~ Comfortable challenging founder, executives, engineers, designers, and stakeholders using data, reasoning, and customer insight.
~ Deep familiarity with modern AI tooling for product management and product development. Previous experience as a software engineer or in a highly technical environment.
Experience in B2B SaaS, HealthTech, AI, or other complex software businesses.
We don't do Jira theater.
